Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) – Steuben Center For Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Position Overview We are actively seeking motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Bath, NY. The position offers flexible schedules for Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem roles, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, daily pay, and competitive base rates of $28.00–$30.50 with a $0.45 shift differential. Key Responsibilities Collect required information from new residents for admission. Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature. Administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as necessary. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene. Monitor residents’ food intake and liquid output. Requirements Valid LPN license in NY. Good standing with the State Registry.
