Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License issued by TDLR A minimum of 2 years of hands-on commercial electrical work experience is required 6 to 12 months of lead journeyman or job-running responsibility preferred Proven ability to lead crews and oversee commercial job sites Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and time management Familiarity with material takeoffs and jobsite logistics Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills KDR Electrical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
