This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance. The Role Maintain tracking of Disability applications submitted to Action Review Group (ARG). Maintain tracking of Income Trust Reviews submitted to the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF). Assist with inquiries received from clients and pull information from the State of Colorado system. Search the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) for cases and/or inquiries as needed Manage incoming calls, voicemail messages, and fax messages for the Eligibility Application Partner (EAP) site. Assist with outgoing mail and administrative duties as needed. Assist in special projects internally and externally for the EAP site escalation and/or process. Attend company and/or facility compliance training, as well as training provided by the State of Colorado to retain READ access. Use reference materials available on Advocate 20/20, CBMS, and the HCPF website effectively and regularly. Effectively use computer systems including company database systems, hospital systems, and the CBMS database. Locate, understand, and interpret written information in a variety of formats including manuals, reports, and graphs. Follow current HIPAA guidelines. You’ll Be Successful If You Have High school diploma or GED Healthcare, eligibility tracking, or facility administration experience. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or intake processing. Proven ability to spot discrepancies in complex documentation and enter data rapidly without sacrificing accuracy. Strong familiarity with database management systems, document scanning/imaging software, and standard office applications. MS Office proficiency. Strong typing and documentation skills. Exemplary customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. It Would Be Great If You Also Have Bilingual English / Spanish Work At Home Requirements A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
