Associate Attorney

Probate & Trust Administration Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Probate & Trust Administration Paralegal to support its legal practice in probate and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have specific, hands-on experience managing probate matters and trust administration, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The position is ideally suited for someone who can work in-office or in a hybrid arrangement in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. However, fully remote candidates with the right experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of probate and estate administration.
• Support trust administration matters, including the preparation and management of related legal documents.
• Prepare, review, and organize probate and trust administration filings, forms, and correspondence.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate client files and case records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, courts, and other relevant parties as needed.
• Monitor the progress of probate and trust matters and help ensure timely completion of required tasks.
• Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of supporting documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in probate and trust administration.
• Strong knowledge of probate procedures and trust administration processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with attorneys and legal staff.

Work Arrangement

The role is preferably in-office or hybrid in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Fully remote arrangements may be considered for a well-qualified candidate.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range is $70,000-$90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
