Our technicians earn $100K–$200K+ because they deserve it. They're the standard-setters, the problem-solvers, the pros customers call back and ask for by name.
We have one open seat on this team. We're not in a hurry to fill it with the wrong person.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $100,000–$200,000+ annual earnings

THE ROLE
You've got 2–5 years in the trade and a reputation you're proud of. You're the kind of tech who finishes the job right, explains it clearly, and leaves the customer better off than you found them. You've mastered the fundamentals — fixtures, water heaters, sewer and drain, soldering — and you're hungry to go further. You don't need to be managed. You need to be challenged.
