Senior Compensation Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the development and administration of competitive compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage executive compensation initiatives, conduct market studies, and partner with HR stakeholders in a flexible hybrid/remote environment. Key responsibilities Supports annual executive compensation programs, including market studies and incentive program calculations Develops and maintains executive documentation, including program documents and employment agreements Performs complex analyses and manages full-cycle compensation projects to ensure equitable pay structures Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or a related field 5 years of compensation or closely related HR experience Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently with management-level staff Knowledge of HR applications and compensation structures
