Job Full Description

We are currently looking for a qualified for a company located in .

Pay: $65-80k/yr. (DOE)

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm or 3pm-11pm (Weekends needed)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in managing warehouse distribution activities, ensuring efficient stocking, materials handling, and order fulfillment processes.
Support transportation planning and management using transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize freight routes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with procurement teams to oversee sourcing strategies, vendor management, and negotiation of shipping & receiving contracts.
Utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel for supply chain analytics, demand planning, and inventory management insights.
Monitor and improve warehouse operations by analyzing root cause issues related to inventory discrepancies or process inefficiencies.
Coordinate cross-functional communication among logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
Assist in maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards.
Support the implementation of process improvements within warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 or similar.
Contribute to cost analysis including pricing strategies, profit & loss assessments, and freight cost optimization.
Participate in manual handling procedures when necessary to ensure safety standards are maintained during stock movement.
