Warehouse / Delivery Associate

Location: Newton, MA
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Benefits Included
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support ecommerce and retail distribution operations across multiple locations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving warehouse work, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and local deliveries between sites.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure all orders are completed and shipped on time while maintaining quality standards
Support daily warehouse activities including staging, labeling, packing, and shipment preparation
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy and condition
Assist with inventory updates to ensure accurate stock levels
Transport merchandise and supplies between warehouse and retail/store locations
Safely load, unload, and deliver internal transfers on scheduled routes
Operate company vehicles responsibly and safely
Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Follow all safety and driving regulations at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
Warehouse, delivery, or ecommerce experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical work including lifting, packing, and loading
