Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Peaceful Mind Recovery, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's situation and formulate individualized treatment plans aligning with best practices.

• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other related modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality are upheld.

• Engaging collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to offer cohesive and well-rounded care for all patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the quality of care while receiving support and feedback from colleagues.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, maximizing their understanding and engagement in the recovery process.

• Staying updated with the latest research in mental health and integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to continuously improve patient outcomes.

• Managing a full caseload while ensuring timely updates on treatment goals, adhering to ethical and professional standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
