High-Volume Overnight Restaurant Concept Melbourne, FL Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + Bonus Opportunity

Are you a motivated restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our overnight operations in Melbourne, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about guest service, team development, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all overnight operations.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of hourly associates.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory controls.
Drive productivity and operational efficiency during high-volume periods.
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
Experience in a high-volume restaurant, quick-service, casual dining, or 24-hour operation preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
Food safety certification is a plus.
