As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, streets, entrances, amenities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe resident, visitor, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
