Your Team, Your ImpactWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Solution Architect / Principal SCM Analyst to own enterprise Supply Operations & Planning platforms, with primary focus on Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes, Kinaxis platform capabilities, and enterprise planning ecosystems including Oracle ERP and modern cloud data platforms. Experience with AI/agentic tooling for planning automation and insight generation is a plus. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to lead planning solutions, integrations, and operational excellence across global supply operations.What You Can ExpectServe as functional SME and primary point of contact for Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro platform capabilities, configuration, data models, authoring, automation chains, and planning workflowsLead solution design and optimization across Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, Allocation & Fulfillment, and S&OP/IBPBridge business and technology: translate operational requirements into system design and guide stakeholders through complex planning problemsOwn integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise platforms including Oracle ERP and Lima (Marvell's internal planning data transformation environment)Diagnose and resolve planning and system issues impacting global supply operations; engage Kinaxis product support on product defectsDrive adoption of AI-assisted planning tools - agentic assistants built on Kinaxis, Oracle, and Databricks data that help planners surface exceptions, validate data, and generate recommendationsDefine, prototype, and validate AI/automation use cases that reduce manual planner effort (exception triage, master data validation, scenario summarization)Establish best practices, documentation, and AI-tool usage guidelines for planning initiativesLead enhancement, deployment, and operational support across the planning system landscapeDrive automation, data integrity, governance, and process optimization initiativesPartner with global teams and implementation partners on transformation programs, providing technical directionWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning applications and enterprise systems5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, including authoring, automation chains, and performance tuningDeep working knowledge of Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and S&OP/IBP processesExperience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutionsHands-on experience with Oracle ERP and data transformation/integration tooling (Talend or similar)Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and ETL/data integration conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environmentPreferred QualificationsSemiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry experienceFamiliarity with AI-powered or agentic planning tools and prompt-based interfacesExperience with Databricks, BigQuery, or comparable cloud data platformsKinaxis certification (Author, Solution Consultant, or Administrator)Experience working directly with Kinaxis product development on defect resolutionWhat We're Looking ForCuriosity and openness toward AI-assisted planning tools and workflowsOwnership mindset — takes initiative and drives work to completion without directionCredibility with both business and technical stakeholdersComfortable working hands-on in a complex, fast-moving global environmentStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical partnersExpected Base Pay Range (USD)138,840 - 208,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
