Active NJ Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience providing restorative therapy, fall prevention programs, and skilled documentation preferred. Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Client requires ability to start ASAP and commit to a 13-week contract.
