Job Description Position Summary This role completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub‑contractors and staff. The position reports to the Project Manager and will supervise crew in completing the project, ensuring safety and timely completion of tasks. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Follow and comprehend supervisor's instructions and provide supervision to the crew. Communicate with supervisors about job status and current responsibilities. Maintain a clean jobsite free of tripping hazards and obstacles. Participate in the Performance and Development Review process, ensuring alignment to performance pillars. Uphold Company values in all work activities. Additional duties as requested by superintendent and/or Project Manager. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements to avoid legal challenges. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Operate company tools and equipment. Perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Fluent reading, speaking, and writing English. Team player with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Highly organized and detail‑driven. Proficient computer skills. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures. Education and Experience High School Diploma / GED required. 5 years’ experience as a Foreman / Crew Supervisor within related industry and carpentry projects. Valid driver’s license required and a good driving record to operate company vehicle. Work Conditions / Physical Demands Capable of climbing ladders and scaffolds and working at heights. Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds unassisted. Ability to work in confined spaces. Ability to work wearing protective equipment, including rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied air and air‑purifying respirators, safety harness, sand blast hoods, Nomex coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs, and safety glasses. Position will be required to backfill for the Superintendent, must work OT during the week and on weekends. Seize the challenge. Move the world together!
