About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Catering Porter to join our team on a part‑time weekday schedule with flexible hours . This role is essential to ensuring our events run smoothly, our clients receive exceptional service, and our equipment is handled with care from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Pack and organize catering equipment for daily orders

• Load and unload vans/trucks safely and efficiently

• Deliver catering orders to client locations with professionalism and great service

• Set up equipment at event sites as needed

• Pick up equipment and leftover items after events and return them to the facility

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, vehicles, and equipment

• Communicate with the operations team about order status or equipment needs

• Follow all food safety and handling procedures

Schedule

• Part‑time

• Monday through Friday

• Flexible hours based on business needs and your availability

What We’re Looking For

• Food service experience preferred (catering, restaurant, banquet, or similar)

• Valid Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)

• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Positive attitude and a team‑first mindset
