Systems Operations Technical Manager

The Systems Operations team manages the organization's technology infrastructure, including systems, networks, telecommunications, security, and end-user technology services. The team delivers reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support employees and business operations across the company.The Systems Operations Technical Manager supports the organization's infrastructure, network, and telecommunications environments. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, securing, and improving enterprise systems while providing technical support for daily operations and strategic technology initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements to develop infrastructure solutions that support operational needs, security standards, and system performance.Monitor and maintain network, server, cloud, and telecommunications environments to ensure reliability, availability, and optimal performance.Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and network issues, escalating to vendors when necessary and driving issues through resolution.Plan, test, implement, and document infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and technology improvements.Support infrastructure-related projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all information security policies and procedures.Participate in on-call support rotations and respond to critical system outages or emergencies when required.Basic Qualifications6+ years of experience in:Network installations, configurations, and troubleshootingSystems installations, configurations, and troubleshootingSupporting enterprise infrastructure in a corporate network environmentNetwork AdministrationNetwork technologies and equipment, including Cisco and HPE platformsRouters, switches, firewalls, and load balancersNetwork management and diagnostic toolsCloud-based networking infrastructure and automationNetwork security principles and technologiesSystem AdministrationSystems technologies and equipment, such as blade serversSAN fabrics, including iSCSI and Fiber Channel (FC)Enterprise storage solutions and management applicationsVirtualization technologies:VMware ESXVMware HorizonMicrosoft Hyper-VRed Hat VirtualizationServer operating systems:Microsoft Windows ServerRed Hat Enterprise LinuxCore infrastructure services:Active Directory (AD)DNSDHCPBackup and recovery solutions, including VeeamCloud-based systems infrastructure:Microsoft 365Amazon Web Services (AWS)Infrastructure automation and systems securityPreferred QualificationsIndustry-recognized certifications in network administration and/or systems administrationRelevant vendor certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, AWS, or HPE certifications preferred.RequirementsStuller is the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
