About the Role:

Little Caesars on West Prospect Road in Ashtabula, Ohio is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew Members! Whether you're stepping into a leadership role or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, fun environment where your hard work is valued and recognized.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and menu items according to Little Caesars standards
Provide fast, friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
(Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders) Supervise and motivate crew members during assigned shifts
(Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders) Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to meet speed-of-service goals

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we will train the right candidates!
Previous fast food, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
(Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders) Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and a commitment to great customer experiences
