PRACTICE OPERATIONS LEADER
Salary Range: $110,000–$135,000

- Provide leadership and accountability across all operational departments, including clinical support, front office, marketing, finance, business development, and operations.
- Ensure departments have clear goals, measurable KPIs, and ongoing accountability.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational systems.
- Regularly evaluate workflows and systems to ensure consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Elevate the patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
- Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and drive sustainable growth.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality, or another service-focused industry.
- Proven success leading teams and building a culture of accountability.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and operational metrics.
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with EOS is a plus.
- 1 week of PTO during the first year, with additional PTO accrued thereafter
