Assistant Milieu Manager

There is one full-time Assistant Milieu Manager position currently available in Cottage 7. The hourly rate starts at $21 an hour. Responsibilities Implement therapeutic interventions, activities, and support plans. Teach daily living and social skills. Coach and mentor direct care staff. Implement program initiatives, goals, and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. High School diploma required. One year of previous related experience in a residential setting. Satisfactory job performance and attendance; compliance with training hours. Must hold or obtain MAP certification. Understanding of trauma‑informed care, capacity to role‑model complex concepts related to therapeutic interventions and safety, and ability to lead and motivate a team and work in a strength‑based manner with youth and families. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Core Competencies Effective therapeutic milieu management and capacity to role‑model complex concepts for staff, including ARC and safety care. Ability to engage youth in activities and programming. Ability to work strength‑based with youth and families and forge respectful relationships. Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills are crucial in this role, ensuring precision and accuracy in our work.
