Occupational Therapist ( New Grads Accepted)

Occupational Therapist (New Grads Are Welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and patient families
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling during business hours
- No weekends, nights, or on-call requirements
- Home-based visits at private residences or care facilities
- Average of 5-6 patient visits per day
- Geriatric patient population
- Competitive hourly rate: $65-$70/hour
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- 100% employer-paid coverage for employees

- Employer-paid Life Insurance and AD&D coverage ($50,000)
- 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 5% after 3 months
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Open to new graduates
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification
- Ability to perform required physical tasks
- Willingness to drive throughout the Bay Area (San Francisco to Palo Alto)
- Reliable transportation; company vehicle may be provided
