About the role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to help fuel Frec’s next stage of growth, focused on customer acquisition. You’ll work across channels like paid media, influencer partnerships, paid community, creative testing, and emerging growth bets to reach more high-intent, high-net-worth investors.

You’re highly analytical and creative, and you take a scientific approach to marketing. You understand a funnel, find where performance is breaking down, and come up with smart ideas to fix it. You go deep on your projects until you’re the expert on them, the person who knows what’s working and why. 

You get projects off the ground from 0-1 and know how to scale what works. And you’re excited by the challenge of growing a fintech product that requires extreme trust, thoughtful education, and clear communication.

You’ll work closely with the broader growth team including product marketing and sales to ensure full funnel health. You’ll partner closely with the head of growth to build out strategy while owning your projects end to end. You are detail oriented and able to balance moving quickly, testing consistently, and taking ownership of results. 

What you will do

  • Own and optimize growth campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, podcasts, newsletters, influencers, community, brand activations and other high-intent acquisition channels
  • Develop campaign briefs, landing pages, ad angles, and creatives that clearly communicate Frec’s value proposition and maintain Frec’s design standards
  • Analyze campaign performance across the full funnel, including leads, approved accounts, funded accounts, CAC, payback period, and AUM
  • Identify new growth opportunities through customer insights, channel research, competitive analysis, and performance data
  • Use AI tools to move faster across research, analysis, creative iteration, reporting, and campaign execution
  • Help build repeatable systems for testing, learning, and scaling 

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition marketing
  • Experience and a genuine interest in fintech, investing, wealth management, consumer finance, or another high-trust regulated category
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, payback periods, and campaign performance data
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to turn customer pain points into compelling campaign ideas
  • Comfort operating in an early stage startup environment where priorities move quickly and ownership matters

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to high-income or high-net-worth consumers
  • Hands on with modern analytics and lifecycle stack: Hubspot, Amplitude, GA4, and server-side conversion tracking
  • Comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or a BI tool like Hex so you can answer your own questions 
  • Experience partnering closely with a compliance team and comfortable with FINRA and SEC rules
