Upstream DC Operations Manager — Lead Safety & Growth

Target is seeking an Operations Manager for the Upstream Distribution Center in DeKalb, IL. You’ll lead safety-focused teams, drive productivity, and manage cross-functional peers to meet operational plans and budgets.
