Allied Technician - Surgical Tech

Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional calls on nights and weekends, managed based on staffing levels. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all service lines, excluding cardiac services.

Requirements

Must possess necessary licenses and certificates. Documentation of the following health history is required for onboarding:

Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
Hepatitis B
Varicella
Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap)
Influenza vaccination
Fit Test
Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
Annual Negative PPD Test

Professional documentation required for onboarding includes:

ID Verification (Driver's License or State ID)
Education Verification
Employment Verification
Criminal Background Check
National Database Criminal Background Check
UHS I-9 Attestation
UHS Social Security Trace
OIG Search
SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC Check
