ACT Peer Support Specialist — Field‑Based Recovery Advocate

Terros Health seeks an ACT Peer Support Specialist for the 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on direct treatment, advocacy, and coordination with the ACT team to support clients in the community and in the clinic. 80% field-based work and 20% in the facility, with 7 days a week coverage, including weekends and holidays.
