Demand for our services keeps growing, and we're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter with an entrepreneur's mindset — someone who sees a desk not as a job, but as a business to grow. Construction industry experience is a big plus, but great recruiters come from all backgrounds.

- Search strategies that uncover candidates others can't find
- A rigorous, high-quality process — screening, assessing, verifying references, and delivering candidates who fit both the role and the culture
- Long-term earning power, with a commission structure that rewards your placements and performance
Who thrives here:
- A tenured agency recruiter — 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Construction industry knowledge or recruiting experience is a strong plus
- An entrepreneurial, self-directed operator who doesn't wait to be told what's next
- Relentless about being the best at what you do — strong work ethic, disciplined mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but results matter more
