Status: Full-Time | 45 hours per week

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000+

Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day

Established many years ago, our practice has been under the leadership of Dr. Igor Kaplansky for the past 24 years. Dr. Kaplansky is a well-respected figure in the fields of implant and comprehensive dentistry. Thanks to his leadership, we have maintained our status as a locally owned, private practice. Being free from external investors and corporate entities allows our team to prioritize quality care over meeting quotas. We offer a stable environment where an associate can cultivate a long-lasting career in a practice that the community genuinely trusts.

The new associate will become part of a cohesive team of around 30 professionals, which includes seven full-time dental assistants, three in-house lab technicians, and a dedicated administrative staff led by an experienced office manager. Our practice is highly productive, serving 8,000 active patients and welcoming about 100 new patients each month across 12 modern operatories. Our established systems ensure a smooth transition for new providers, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care from day one without the burden of administrative challenges or inconsistent scheduling.

Mentorship is both structured and readily available at our practice. Dr. Kaplansky holds monthly case review meetings where associates can present their cases for collaborative discussion. In addition to these formal sessions, he is accessible daily to provide guidance and answer any questions that may arise during the workday. A significant advantage of our practice is our advanced in-house laboratory, staffed by three dedicated technicians and equipped with two five-axis CAD/CAM mills and two 3D printers. This setup allows for a unique feedback loop for professional development, enabling associates to work directly with technicians to review their preparations and restorations in real time. This immediate, case-specific feedback fosters clinical growth in a way that standard commercial labs cannot match.

• Daily guarantee of $1,000/day
• No lab fees; all in-house lab work is fully covered by the practice.

The compensation range provided reflects estimated annual earnings based on collections. Final earnings will depend on patient volume, clinical productivity, and procedure mix. This range encompasses total compensation and does not include the value of the benefits listed below.
