Conduct preventative maintenance to maintain brand standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and resolve in-house when possible. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas. Maintain exterior grounds, parking lot, and dumpster areas, including pressure washing and seasonal upkeep (snow/ice, debris removal). Support team members by ensuring all supplies are stocked. Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts. Contribute to a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff.
