AI-Integrated Design Consultant (Asset/Content Production / Packaging)

We're seeking an AI-Integrated Design Consultant to support our Global Design team by leveraging Generative AI to create, extend, and scale production-ready brand assets. This role is focused on asset creation and refinement rather than early-stage concept development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using AI tools such as MidJourney, Nano Banana, Firefly, and similar platforms to generate high-quality visual assets from existing approved brand materials, characters, models, and creative systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Generative AI tools to extend and evolve existing brand assets into final usable deliverables.
• Generate multiple asset variations while maintaining visual consistency, brand standards, and creative integrity.
• Create and refine variations of existing characters, models, and visual elements, including different poses, angles, environments, demographics, and use cases.
• Develop repeatable prompt architectures and workflows that enable scalable asset production.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to retouch, composite, refine, and prepare AI-generated assets for production use.
• Create AI-assisted motion and animated content from existing visual assets where appropriate.
• Rapidly iterate assets based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining consistency with approved creative direction.
• Produce assets across digital, social, marketing, presentation, and campaign channels.
• Partner closely with designers, creative leads, and marketing stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand requirements.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating the use of Generative AI to create production-ready assets from existing brand materials.
• Demonstrated experience extending, adapting, and scaling approved creative assets rather than primarily creating early-stage concepts.
• Expertise with Generative AI platforms such as MidJourney, Nano Banana, Firefly, DALL-E, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of reference-based generation, asset consistency, and iterative refinement workflows.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and related production tools.
• Experience creating multiple variations of existing characters, models, branded assets, or visual systems while maintaining consistency.
• Experience generating AI-assisted motion content is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within global creative teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple asset production requests simultaneously.
• Must supply own software and hardware.
