Industrial Sewing Assembler

Location: Tualatin, OR (Not public transit accessible) Pay: Starting up to $20/hr (Depending on Experience) Shifts: Day: MonFri | 5:00 AM 1:30 PM || Swing: MonThu | 1:30 PM 12:00 AM *call for current availability*

The Role As an Industrial Sewing Assembler, you will be responsible for the high-precision assembly of life-saving medical devices. This role combines technical machine operation with hands-on craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sewing: Sew components onto nylon strips using industrial sewing machines according to strict specifications.
Complex Assembly: Hand-assemble specialized components, including tubes and wires.
Machine Operation: Use screen printing machines for labeling and industrial laminating machines to adhere foam to devices.
Quality Testing: Perform testing on sub-assemblies to ensure they meet rigorous safety standards.
Finishing: Package completed devices per specific work instructions.

What You Bring

Experience: At least 1 year in manufacturing, assembly, or production.
Reliability: A proven track record of longevity (12 years at previous jobs).
Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write in English to ensure workplace safety.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs regularly.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 Per Hour
