Control Panel WiremanCardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Control Panel Wireman in Perrysburg, OH. As a Control Panel Wireman for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a manufacturing environment building electrical control panels used in industrial equipment. This role involves wiring, assembling, and mounting components while following wiring diagrams and standard shop procedures to ensure accuracy and quality. This position requires candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with hand tools and electrical schematics. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Build and assemble industrial control panelsMount components to back panels using hand tools (drilling, tapping, cutting, etc.)Measure, cut, and route wires to specified lengthsWire devices, terminals, and components according to schematicsRead and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematicsUse shop tools and equipment safely and effectivelyFollow established procedures and quality standardsRequirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematicsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a production environmentBasic knowledge or experience in electrical wiring or panel building preferredAbility to lift up to 40 lbsForklift training may be requiredAbout Cardinal Staffing:At Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
