About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Business Development Executive to join their Enterprise Client Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and advancing an enterprise pipeline by developing C-suite relationships within new and existing health-system accounts. This role involves leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, identifying and selling opportunities across the company's physician solutions portfolio, and engaging with health-system executives as a trusted peer. The VP, Business Development Executive will also be expected to maintain disciplined and accurate reporting within Salesforce Sales Cloud and to have a strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience in pricing, contract frameworks, negotiation, and return-on-investment modeling. Applicants for the VP, Business Development Executive position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' of progressive enterprise sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large healthcare organizations. The role requires a candidate with executive presence, deep knowledge of health-system operations, and the ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively with C-suite and board-level stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a competitive, self-directed approach with a focus on producing new enterprise contracts is essential. Preferred skills include experience in selling complex healthcare solutions, familiarity with health-system vendor governance, and a track record of expanding relationships across multiple business units.
