Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Responsibilities Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Qualifications Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required Compensation $14 - $15 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Retreat Hotels & Resorts
