Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting within an acute-care hospital
• Perform comprehensive assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring of emergency patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective emergency care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and credentialing standards prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no adverse actions or hits
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a high-acuity or trauma-designated Emergency Room environment
• Familiarity with facilities of varying trauma level designations and bed counts
