Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

1. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
2. Monitor project progress, performance, and quality, proactively addressing issues to keep work on track.
3. Lead project meetings, report status updates, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Manage project schedules, budgets, and all required documentation to maintain organized records.
5. Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.
6. Support the Project Superintendent in ensuring full compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
7. Provide leadership and oversight to supporting staff, including hiring, training, and directing work assignments.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, implement best practices, and perform additional duties as assigned.

The Project Manager will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or 5 years of experience as Project Manager. with an associate degree in a related field.
• Previous Multifamily and PT/Podium Deck/ Parking Garage work is a plus
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• LEED GA or AP preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore.
• General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work habits.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
• Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects.

The Project Manager will be offered:

• $100,000-$130,000 base salary (DOE)
