What You’ll Recruit Depending on your experience, you’ll recruit professionals such as: Nursing Registered Nurses (RN) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Specialties include ICU ER Med Surg Telemetry PCU OR Cath Lab PACU Labor & Delivery NICU PICU Home Health Hospice Behavioral Health Long-Term Care Skilled Nursing Locum Tenens Physicians (MD/DO) Nurse Practitioners (NP) Physician Assistants (PA) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) Psychiatrists Hospitalists Emergency Medicine Physicians Family Practice Physicians Internal Medicine Physicians Specialists across multiple practice areas Responsibilities Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals. Build relationships with clinicians nationwide. Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments. Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians. Maintain accurate ATS documentation. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams. Meet recruiting and placement goals. Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
