Outside Sales Representative Join our team of sales professionals and embark on a rewarding career in machinery sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to travel and build relationships with clients, promoting our products and services. Overview As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. You'll work independently, but also collaborate with our team to achieve shared goals. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven sales experience, preferably in machinery or a related industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Familiarity with machinery and industry standards Nice to Have Skills Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machinery operations Experience with sales software and CRM systems Strong analytical and presentation skills Ability to travel extensively (50%+ of the time) Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in machinery or a related industry Other Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel frequently, with possible overnight stays Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices What We Offer Competitive weekly base salary of $800 2 ¼% sales commission on closed deals Mileage reimbursement and per diem allowance Opportunities for career growth and professional development If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
