N Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y, will float between L&D and Mother Baby units Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD Locals accepted: Y – no local radius rule Pending License accepted: Y – must be active by start date RTO Restrictions: RTO needs to be submitted at the time of profileDepartment Description: L&D has 12 LDRs, 3 ORs, 6 OB triage beds and 8 OBSC. Float between L&D, OBSCU, and MBC as needed according to census. AWHONN staffing model is utilized. Sparrow is the regional referral center for high-risk obstetric care.Department Description: 34 rooms. The Mother Baby Caregivers provide postpartum care for the mother and newborn care for babies. Baby Friendly Recognition.
