PT Preload Supervisor

Job Summary Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job‑related tasks. Holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. Responsibilities Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers. Facilitate training with new and current employees. Conduct and participate in group meetings. Coordinate evaluations with management and determine best solutions for package concerns. Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. Understand and consistently demonstrate UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct. Qualifications Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week. Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to multitask. Strong oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent – Preferred. Management experience – Preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer. Employee Type Permanent. Pay and Benefits Base pay ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr based on market location, qualifications, and experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual incentive compensation programs.
