Join Senior Helpers - Lee's Summit as an In Home Caregiver (Weekends) and provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in South Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life during weekend hours.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor seniors' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Ensure medication reminders and assist with mobility as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices in caregiving.

• Competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
