Camp Laurel, a premier children's camp in Maine, is seeking a Guitar Counselor for 2026. Join our exemplary staff who travel from all across the USA and share your passion for music in a fully equipped recording studio. June 19th through August 12th. Salary, Travel Allowance, Room and Board provided.
Our Music Program includes a fully-equipped recording studio. Campers have the option to take activities in guitar, percussion, piano, singing / songwriting, and music production.
Join a talented group of musicians led by our incredible Music Department Head to bring a campers talent to life throughout the summer in talent shows, campfires, and on our end of summer album.
Camp Description
The best way to learn about Camp Laurel is by watching our Video. Camp Laurel is at the forefront of the Maine camping tradition. We are one of New England's premier 7-week, residential, co-ed camps combining cutting-edge programming in a family atmosphere.
Our exemplary staff provides a safe, fun, nurturing environment for children ages 7-15. Our staff consists of professionals, experienced teachers, and collegians from over 35 states and 15 countries, all drawn together by a strong desire to live with, teach and care for children.
Modern, fully-equipped facilities and high-quality equipment enhance our cutting-edge program. Our extensive program is comprised of six distinct areas including: Waterfront, Athletics, Tennis, Adventure, Inter-Arts, and Horseback Riding.
