Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative, hospital-employed team. The position includes a 50/50 OB/GYN practice mix with 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week. The clinic is conveniently attached to the hospital for seamless patient care. The team includes 2 OB/GYNs, 3 CNMs, and 2 NPs, with mentorship available from established physicians. Patient volume is 2030 per day, with approximately 600 annual deliveries and an average of 1112 deliveries per week. There are dedicated C-section ORs on the OB floor with guaranteed block OR time. Access to the da Vinci Xi robotic system is available, along with robotics training for interested candidates. The facility has a Level II NICU on site with Level III care available within 30 minutes. The EMR system is Cerner. Call rotation is 1:3, supported by 3 CNMs covering their own panels, with post-call administrative day off and additional compensation for call. New graduates and early-career physicians are welcome. Compensation includes a base salary with a wRVU bonus structure and an income guarantee for 1824 months. There is also a commencement bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment. PTO is 4 weeks, CME is $4,500 plus 5 days, and fellowship stipend opportunities are available. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and malpractice with 2-year tail coverage are provided. Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN is required, and eligibility for Indiana medical licensure is necessary.

The facility is a full-service, nonprofit acute care hospital that serves northwest Indiana and southern Michigan. It has 276 beds and 23,500 annual volume, including a 12-bed critical care unit. It earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval in 2008 and is the first and only primary stroke center in northwest Indiana. Ancillary support is available 24-hours/day (lab and x-ray), and an on-call room is furnished with a bed, television, microwave, and full bath.
