What You'll Do:

Core Duties:

• Design and supervise evidence-based behavioral treatment programs
• Provide clinical oversight for children with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or challenging behaviors
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor treatment implementation, outcomes, and clinical progress
• Collaborate closely with families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide parent and caregiver training as part of ongoing treatment
• Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans
• Participate in clinical collaboration, training, and mentorship
• Help maintain high standards of evidence-based, trauma-free ABA care

Clinical & Productivity Expectations:

• Provide clinical oversight within an established Athens-area ABA clinic
• Maintain approximately 25 billable hours per week
• Supervise up to 120 therapy hours per week
• Participate in a flexible hybrid schedule with 1–2 work-from-home days per week
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, RBTs, families, and other members of the care team

You'll have the opportunity to grow as a clinical leader while receiving ongoing mentorship and working within clearly defined productivity expectations.

What You'll Need — Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience designing and supervising evidence-based treatment for children with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or challenging behaviors
• Education: Master of Science (MS) in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited program
• Certification: Active BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam
• Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supervising evidence-based behavioral treatment programs
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with families, RBTs, clinical leadership, and multidisciplinary teams
