divh2Packing Team Member/h2pOur packing team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality preparation of our customers orders. Equipment experience is preferred but training is available./ppThis team is measured on safety, quality, timeliness, and attendance./ppAs we promote a strong team environment, associates in the Distribution Center will be cross-trained in a multitude of roles including pick/pack, motor freight, receiving, and material services./ppThis team will work between 45-50 hours on the first shift Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays (typically four hours) during peak season, and 40-45 hours outside of peak season./ppThis position pays at $18.34/ppTo be successful in these roles, candidates must exhibit the following competencies:/pulliStrong problem-solving skills and persistence to deliver results regardless of obstacles/liliEffective interpersonal and communication skills to allow for collaboration within team and department/liliA relentless drive for continuous improvement and innovation/li/ulpCandidates should also have the following education, experience, and abilities:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliExperience with scanning technology/liliForklift experience preferred, not required/liliAbility to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis/liliReliable transportation/liliSolid work history showing longevity with past employers/li/ulpWe offer a high deductible health plan (HDHP), dental, and vision insurance.
