Head of Payroll - Hospitality Group - Hybrid A growing, multi-location organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Director to lead payroll operations for a large, diverse workforce. This is a high-impact role supporting a dynamic environment with both hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations. This position will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in high-volume, multi-location payroll environments and a strong ability to improve processes, ensure accuracy, and support operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-location workforce Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations Oversee payroll adjustments including bonuses, retro pay, and off‑cycle payments Manage garnishments, deductions, and related payroll processes Support year‑end activities including tax reporting and filings Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and identify process improvements Partner with internal teams on payroll reconciliation and reporting Respond to and resolve payroll‑related inquiries from internal stakeholders Maintain and optimize payroll systems and data integrity Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-location environment Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements Experience processing payroll for hourly, gratuity‑eligible and salaried employees Proficiency with payroll systems and reporting tools Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Benefits Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan Paid time off and additional leave programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
