Job Title

Job Description: This role is responsible for ensuring daily safety, quality, output, and productivity goals for specified departments of responsibility, are met. Key deliverables include supporting the threshold chips process by collaborating with vendors in yield improvement and defect findings. Initiate Design of Experiment (DOE) for threshold chips and perform the chips measurement per DOE.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the study of chips in different batches of wafers/processes.
• Perform the study of the best method in measurement including tools and processes.
• Support production in threshold cartridges.

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering – Prefer in Electrical or Mechanical field. Have experiences in Semiconductor Fab. Good hand-on in laboratory environment. Good knowledge in DOE study. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. Creative thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills. Driven individual with passion for improving quality of products and processes.
