Position: Registered Nurse Department: MedSurg 4A (34 bed, Medical Unit) Schedule: 32 Hours (7p-7a or 11p-7a), with Rotating Weekends ABOUT THE MEDSURG UNITS The Medical‑Surgical Units at Boston Medical Center – South play a vital role in delivering comprehensive inpatient care to a diverse patient population. These units, including Post‑Surgery, Orthopedics, Ortho‑spine, Bariatrics and Hospice beds, serve as the backbone of the hospital’s acute care services, managing patients with a wide range of medical and post‑surgical needs. Across all med‑surg units, nurses and interdisciplinary teams provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, focusing on recovery, stabilization, and discharge planning. POSITION SUMMARY As an RN in MedSurg, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care.
