Highlights Pay: $112 - $133/hour Location: Walnut Creek, CA Facility: Walnut Creek Hospital Schedule: Full Time, Short Hour (Day shift) What You'll Do Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses. Formulate goal-directed plans of care. Implement care consistently and skillfully. Establish priorities based on patient needs and available resources. Identify and address patient/family learning needs. Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs. Provide and coordinate care for patients. Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members. Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.
