The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality patient care. This position may require floating to multiple locations within the region as needed. Scheduling Night shift options: 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 12-hour shifts from 1900 to 0730. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their individual needs. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float to various units within the region as necessary. Qualifications Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: Minimum one year of acute care experience is required. Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within the first 6 months of hire or transfer. Recent EPIC system experience is required. Location Position may involve floating to locations within the Twin Cities area as needed.
