At Mercedes-Benz of Maui – Van Center , we serve the businesses that keep the island moving. From hospitality and tour operators to contractors and fleet customers, Sprinter vans are mission-critical.

This is a rare opportunity to lead and grow the Maui Vans commercial operation with full focus on relationship development, volume growth, and long-term account management.

Position Overview

The Commercial Van Sales Manager is responsible for leading all Sprinter and commercial van sales operations at Maui Vans.

This role blends:

Sales leadership
Fleet relationship development
Inventory strategy
OEM alignment
Revenue accountability

You are not just managing a desk. You are building and leading a commercial business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial van sales performance, volume, and gross objectives
Develop and manage relationships with fleet accounts, contractors, hospitality groups, and local businesses
Coach and develop Brand Specialists focused on Sprinter and commercial sales
Oversee commercial inventory mix, allocation strategy, and ordering
Partner with Finance and Service leadership to ensure seamless delivery and long-term retention
Identify growth opportunities within Maui’s commercial and tourism sectors
Maintain alignment with Mercedes-Benz commercial brand standards

Performance Expectations

Consistent monthly and quarterly commercial unit volume
Strong gross performance on fleet and retail commercial deals
Growth of repeat commercial and fleet accounts
Clean deal structure and compliance
Positive client retention and relationship growth

What It Takes

5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience
Commercial, fleet, or truck sales experience strongly preferred
Experience managing high-dollar transactions
Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong negotiator
Relationship-driven and community-connected
Organized and disciplined in follow-up
Revenue-focused while operating with integrity
