Requirements
- Active Illinois Real Estate License (required)

- Reliable transportation, smartphone, and laptop
- Are serious about building a long-term career in real estate
- Value mentorship, structure, and consistency
- Prefer relationship-based selling over transactional volume
- Are comfortable working in a commission-only environment
